Deposit/Payment
A 30% deposit is generally required to hold your reservation (once approved), another 30% one month prior to arrival, and the balance upon arrival. Payment can be made by INTERAC e-Transfer, or by cheque; PayPal is available, with a 5% service fee.
Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations requests received one month or more prior to arrival. Cancellation requests made less than one month prior to arrival will see the deposit held until the vacancy is filled; if the vacancy is not filled then the deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit was made by PayPal then the 5% service fee is non-refundable.
